Mount Street

This project was a complete rebuild and refurbishment of an Art Deco style apartment building in the prestigious eastern suburbs of Sydney, Australia. Designed by local architect Tina Engelen, the end result was a pair of stunning three level, five bedroom houses perfect for modern alfresco living with internal courtyard gardens, each with their own plunge pool. Custom built high end kitchens and bathrooms completed the super stylish feel of the homes.

Castle Street

Formerly a run down Art Deco style 1960’s building on
a tricky, elevated site, this project needed a steady hand and significant bulk excavation and what emerged was an elegant, fully modernised pair of  four bed houses built over three levels. Each had a courtyard garden created over a double garage making the most of the incredible ocean vista overlooking Coogee beach. High spec, sleek and stylish interiors were the icing on this piece of real estate cake.
