Through experience and a keen sense of design, The Team at Templeton have the ability of seeing potential in the ugliest of ducklings – nurturing a plot of land, an urban office space or a modest agricultural bungalow into the swan it deserves to be. We use a handpicked selection of local architects who specialise in sensitive and sensible design. Attention to detail is paramount - getting the vernacular details and materials right is as important as designing a house that is suitable for modern living.

 

We also run a range of Partner Projects – working closely with clients who come to Templeton if they have a piece of land or buildings with potential to develop. Overseeing the architectural design, guiding them through the planning process and project managing the build to completion – on time and on budget.
